From here, it's an easy walk to the Cotuit Grocery store, the town dock, library, playground, and Kettle Ho restaurant and pub. This is certainly a vacation you'll remember!

Bedrooms: 2 upstairs both have 2 twin beds larger bedroom has water view deck
Baths: 1 upstairs very small tub
Kitchen: microwave, electric stove, no dishwasher or washer/dryer
Interior Features: living room has tv vcr small screened porch w/wicker furniture and water views
Exterior Features: outdoor hot/cold shower parking space for 2 cars 2nd floor deck
Beach Access: walk to Rope's Beach beach pass not provided for access to other Barnstable beaches
Linens: Renter provides all linens...sheets and towels..there are 4 twin beds
Trash: Owner will arrange for trash storage and pickup
Cleaning: Renter is responsible for leaving property in the same condition in which it was received...the security deposit will be deducted if additional cleaning is necessary
Directions: Main St. to left on Putnam Ave. across from Cotuit Grocery store, take first right down the hill, bungalow is located on right across from Cotuit Harbor parking is in front of property
