Baths: 1 full; new outdoor shower.
Kitchen: Microwave, coffee maker, no dishwasher, washer dryer.
Interior features: Large livingroomm/dining area with tv, cable, vcr, ceiling fan, stereo.
Exterior features: Private back yard, screened porch, new outdoor shower, beach chairs provided.
Linens: Owner will provide all bedding , towels, beach towels.
Trash Storage/Pickup: Owner will arrange.
Cleaning: Tenant responsible for leaving cottage in clean condition for subsequent renters.
Beach access: Pass not provided. Few minutes walk to Riley's and Loop Beach on Nantucket Sound.
Directions: Take Main St. Cotuit to Ocean View Ave. on left, take right on Sea St. after Cross St. There is no street sign, #20 is on right. Room in driveway for 2 cars.
